LAST DAY

Tried really hard yesterday to make sure that there would be no booze left in the house before Tuesday. Didnt quite succeed but feel really, really rotten this morning so must have made some inroads into the wine. I must remember how I feel right now as I am sure this will help me stick to my plan.

Pre-February

Well my brother-in-law threw down the gauntlet with a challenge to be alcohol free for February. Its going to be a tough challenge but by Tuesday I will be ready. Going to pack a lot into this weekend! I will write a daily report on how I am coping or not. Hope to bring my blood sugar down as well as my weight so that will also galvanise me.
