DAY 5

Want looking forward to today but honestly not having wine at lunch time wasn't an issue. Monday to Friday I never think of having a drink at lunch time but get in from work on a Saturday!!!! Didnt really know what to do with myself during the afternoon as after lunch (with wine) I usually fall asleep. What a waste this drinking habit has been. I really think it is more habit than actually enjoying the wine.
